This policy explains how That Dawg Design Co., a registered assumed name (DBA) of That Dawg Walking Service, LLC of New Paltz, New York ("That Dawg," "we," "us"), collects and uses information when you visit this website, submit a form, or order from us.
2. Information we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone, business name, shipping or billing address, the service you are interested in, and anything you type into a contact, intake, quote, or wholesale form.
- Order details: the products, sizes, colors, artwork, and notes tied to your order, plus the emails and messages we exchange about it.
- Artwork and files you upload: logos, photos, and other files you send so we can produce your work.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors. We see confirmation that a payment was made, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic site data: our web host records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. If analytics is enabled, it collects aggregate visit data.
3. How we use it
- To answer your question, quote your project, and complete your order.
- To send proofs, invoices, order updates, and receipts.
- To keep records for accounting, sales tax, and warranty or claim purposes.
- To improve the site and the products we offer.
- To send occasional updates or offers, only if you asked for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision making.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need. That includes:
- Web hosting and email delivery for this site and its forms.
- Form and database services that store submissions and order records.
- Image hosting for product photos and uploads.
- Payment processors for deposits, invoices, and refunds.
- Print and product suppliers, who receive only what is needed to fulfill and ship your order.
- Our accountant and, where required by law, government agencies.
We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
5. Wholesale and retailer accounts
If you request access to the retailer portal, we collect your shop name, contact details, and town so we can review the request and manage territory. Retailer contact details are used for ordering and account communication, and are not shared with other retailers.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function, plus optional analytics to see which pages people visit. Some pages save your preferences in your own browser storage so your progress is not lost. You can clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working as expected.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records as long as required for tax and legal purposes, generally 7 years. Inquiry and quote records are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Artwork files are kept so reorders are possible, unless you ask us to delete them.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, by emailing thatdawgdesignco@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records must be kept even after a deletion request, such as invoices required for tax purposes.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
