Ridgeline started in a converted barn on the Ulster County line in 2018. Two ex-line cooks, a dog named Porter, and a fermenter we paid too much for.
Every recipe starts with what's growing within 30 miles. The hops come from Hop New York. The grain from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg. The water straight from the Shawangunk aquifer.
